Inspired by the coffee table book Crowns: Portraits of Black Women in Church Hats, Regina's Taylor's coming of age gospel musical - Crowns - takes the audience down south and introduces us to a group of Hat Queens and their tradition to adorning their temples with crowns. A perfect musical to take in during Holy Week.
