Signature Fall Cocktail Hour

It's no secret. I love Signature Center - - - world class theater (fyi, I'm checking out Arthur Miller's Incident at Vichy later this week), beautiful architecture, renowned playwrights, strong wifi, and oh yeah stiff cocktails. Last month, I had the pleasure of checking out their Fall Cocktail Hour while chatting to patrons about one of my favorite topics - NYC theater. Can't wait for the next one!!   

Cocktail Lineup

• The Centennial: Cognac, Apple Brandy, Cointreau, Fresh Lemon Juice & Honeyed Simple Syrup. Served up. 
• Midnight Snow: Vodka, Ginger Syrup, Muddled Pear, Fresh Lemon Juice, Ginger Beer. On The Rocks.
• The Bayflower: Bols Genever, St. Germain, Fresh Grapefruit & Lemon Juices. On The Rocks.
